29. he/him. criminal & forger.south african born and new york based. charlie grew up in the shadow of his father, founder & ceo of athene international, a private military company with shady dealings.he was always expected to be everything his father was and he failed to hit every mark. in a last ditch attempt at impressing his father, charlie willingly put himself through one of the first nanite trials athene was conducting to create supersoldiers. it was a painful process, but in the end he was left with the ability to interface and interact with computer systems (called technopathy). it worked, but did nothing to repair his relationship with his father.after graduating high school, charlie moved to new york, attended NYU for a year, and promptly dropped out. his father all but refuses to talk to him, so his mom is the only reason he still has access to his trustfund. he makes his money these days by creating false identities for whoever is willing to pay. the technopathy makes his job very easy.filthy rich, a stoner, gamer & sometimes streamer. charlie’s never really grown up.

18. she/her. student & barista.sam wright's sister he knows nothing about. she was born less than a year after sam was sent to the facility. their parents told callie that sam was killed in an accident as a kid. she has no idea that he's alive right now.when callie was ten, her power over plants and nature manifested. when her mother found out, instead of doing what she did to sam, briar divorced roman and raised callie as a single parent, weighed down by the guilt of what she did to her firstborn.but briar was still not a great parent. she went through periods of sobriety and relapse so often she wasn't able to properly raise callie. callie spent a lot of her childhood with her grandparents who helped cultivate her love of gardening.she has no relationship with her father and a complicated relationship with her mother.she's currently going to school in colorado to study horticulture and travelling to see jam bands on the regular. one day she dreams of owning a farm with a big greenhouse.
